    Prenatal Massage

Reduce pregnancy discomorts with pregnancy massaage. It's a Swedish Relaxation massage designed to help lower stress, improve quality of sleep, and decrease anxiety for expecting mothers.

Chinese Tui Na Massage

(pronounced 'twee nah') is the most tried and tested hands-on therapy in the world.  Tui Na is a therapeutic form of massage and has been used in China for more than 2,000 years.  Tui Na works deeply with the positive energy of the body, allowing blocked energy to flow.

Deep Tissue Massage

is a therapy that delves deeply to reach muscle, fascia and connective tissue.  Applied judiciously by a skilled practitioner, it helps improve posture, ease movement and release chronic tension.  The strokes used in deep tissue massage are similar to those used in Swedish - just using stronger pressure.

Head, Hands and Feet Massage:

Combine reflexology techniques on the hands, feet with a scalp massage to provide relaxation and detoxification.

Swedish Massage

is perfect for your first time or if you don't get a massage very often.  In Swedish massage, the therapist lubricates the skin with massage oil and performs various massage strokes.  These movements warm up the muscle tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking muscle "knots" adhesions.

Foot Reflexology:

is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic massage for those suffering from plantar fasciitis or ankle injuries.  It involves pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques with the idea that such work affects a physical change to the body and better health.
